Ahra Pahts is an Age, designed by present-day explorers. In development since at least January 2006 (Leevobro 9661)[1], it resembles a City, and is consequentially rather sizable.

The following section is written from an OOC point of view. Events and elements surrounding the Myst Universe are regarded as fictional.

Cyan has yet to clarify details on how exactly fan-made Ages will be made available to explorers, both logistically (e.g.: how do the creators upload them and have them approved? how do explorers discover them?) as well as story-wise (e.g.: do explorers know how to Write now?). This limits Ahra Pahts availability to Complete Chronicles explorers in the interim.

Explorers are encouraged to "stake their claims" in a shell, a fixed-size zone that is allocated either as a residential, commercial, industrial or community area. As of May 19, 2008 (Leefo 23, 9664), many such shells are still vacant, but there has been considerable interest.
