Averone was an inhabited age written by Atrus, with wooden houses and agricultural fields bordering a forest and river. Its inhabitants helped him break out of the prison room on K'veer.
Atrus originally promised to destroy the link to the Age when his work was finished but the elders agreed to let it stay open when it became clear that he was willing to keep his word without argument. Some of the Averonese continued to help him in his attempt to restore D'ni.
