Belari

Belari is a district in the City Proper. Its restoration is currently in phase 1.
Belari was begun during the reign of King Rakeri. It was one of the poorer D'ni districts, and Rakeri added a Theatre Company and Concert Hall in an attempt to improve it. Later renovations would be carried out by King Kedri.
