Bob

"Bob" was a crewman of the Black Ships who for some reason, was tied to a raft and set adrift.[1]
His skeleton found hanged from a ship's mast in the Mechanical Age, southeast to the fortress. He was visible through Sirrus' telescope when the fortress is rotated appropriately.

The following section is written from an OOC point of view. Events and elements surrounding the Myst Universe are regarded as fictional.
- Bob is actually a funny nickname for the skeleton, which is actually some kind of an easter egg. He can be seen if you turn the fortress to point to the south, and then look through the telescope (which points now southeast; interestingly, it is the same direction as you see the lighthouse in Stoneship)
- Some fans tried to physically find the skeleton and the ruined ship in the realMyst 3d environment to their supposed direction, using Fly mode; it seems however that nothing of them really exists in the game map, apart than the empty vast ocean can be seen.
