COBBS

COBBS is an acronym for Clockwork Orange BBS, primarily a discussion forum named after the novel and film A Clockwork Orange ^(Wikipedia), but also a meeting place of various Uru-related projects, such as H'uru. The site is run and administrated by Xabbu, and activity flourished during the period between Prologue and Untìl Uru.

Many of the tools developed by the H'uru community are still released via COBBS or one of the mirror sites. COBBS grew to great fame when the fly mode patch was developed and released for the offline Uru game.

Unfortunately, in April 2005 the board was cracked and all of the existing data was lost. Discussions began anew, but never matched the energy or popularity of 2004.
