Common Schools

The Common Schools were the D'ni educational systems for those who would not go on to become Major Guild members. Originally students would enter at the age of 10 and spend six years in the schools, but in the reign of King Mararon the time was expanded to span ages 5-20. Mararon also established Minor Guilds for students to enter upon completing their education and put the Guild of Legislators in charge of the schools.
