D'ni Restoration Foundation

Upon his death in 1996 AD (9652 DE), Elias Zandi bequeathed his fortune to form the D'ni Restoration Foundation and served as a source of funding for further restoration of D'ni.[1] The D'ni Restoration Foundation was the effective predecessor to the D'ni Restoration Council.
