The DRC Forums are the official forums of the DRC. The forums are moderated by the ResEngs. Members of the DRC occasionally post information on the forum.

The DRC forums, except for the "Out of Cavern Discussions" area, are meant to be a strictly IC environment. These forums act as Cyan's official IC forum, as the forums on the Myst Online: Uru Live site are strictly OOC. However, as this is an IC area, it is subject to IC actions and occurrences.
The only Cyantist to post with any regularity is RAWA, and he restricts himself to the OOC area.
[edit] Forum closure and restoration
The DRC website was updated on March 29, 2007 (Leenovoo 11, 9662). However, the forums were not a part of the updated site. The forums were subject to large amounts of spam, and had gained a reputation for being a hostile environment.
After a sit-in that was intended to convince the DRC to restore the forums failed, Michael Engberg convinced Cate Alexander to have the forums restored.
[edit] Moderation of anti-DRC posts
After members of the Anti-DRC Movement used the forums to discuss their agenda and views on the DRC, the ResEngs instituted a policy of deleting posts that were "belittling the DRC or the decisions of the Restoration Engineers."
