The Electra Ray is a small, luminescent ray-like fish found in the age of Edanna. It is often seen in the pods and basins of the Quaffler Fig.
Like the electric eel of Earth, it produces a natural electric charge and can administer a substantial shock, sufficient to open a blossom of the Venus Flytrap. What evolutionary function of this charge is, whether for hunting, electrolocation, communication, or some other purpose, is unknown.
