Fan-created content refers to in-game, Uru Live content created by fans (explorers), rather then Cyan.

Cyan has already allowed small examples of fan-created content into the game. For example, explorers could create and swap their own marker missions. Other fan-created content included contests for fans to design stained-glass windows for display in the Neighborhood Book Rooms, over the Gahreesen, Eder Delin, Eder Tsogal, and Great Zero Linking Books. Explorers could also create their own games in Jalak Dador.

[edit] Fan-created Ages

There is much speculation regarding whether or not Cyan will ever allow fan-created Ages into Uru Live if it is brought back, especially since they announced the new Guild of Writers.
