Fly Mode is a state that enables players of realMyst and Uru to disable gravity and "fly" instead of walk

In realMyst the player can fly by altering the gravity variables of the game_init.dat file. Much of the realMYST trailer was filmed in this mode.
[edit] Uru
In Uru, flying is done with patch/hack by the COBBS project[1] that also allows them to move through solid objects.
The patch only works in the offline Uru games, and select Untìl Uru servers (it was never allowed on the D'mala shard, for example). The patch is incompatible with, and would be in violation of the terms of service of, Myst Online: Uru Live.
