Horen Ro'jadre

Horen Ro'jadre was the governor of the Ni'ediren district in Terahnee. He was fond of scientific experiments, particularly some dealing with ink. Atrus and his party from D'ni were his guests for a brief time, but they brought with them a bacteria which proved deadly to many of the Terahnee, including Ro'jadre.
