A KI Dispenser is a machine that has a slot for a human hand upon which time it straps a KI onto it and then registers the KI with the primary Lattice to provide the correct level of functionality. Research by the DRC indicates that it can distribute at least five different versions of KI. KI Dispensers have currently been located in the Great Shaft as well as on Gahreesen.
