-103 ) is a neighbourhood featuring a layout similar to Bevin, but mirrored, and with a blue hue. It was originally used by the DRC as their headquarters, but is currently a part of the effort to recreate the Guilds.
Many of Bevin's features, such as the ahyoheek table and the telescope, are not available in Kirel. There are several tables spread throughout the neighbourhood with information about the new guilds.
Kirel became publicly accessible on July 31, 2007 (Leesahn 22, 9663).
