An article is considered obsolete when the majority of its contents are presented in a superior, more fitting way in other articles. Such a decision is typically reached through such an article's talk page. Following this, the article should be purged: all remaining relevant contents should be exported to other (more suitable) articles, and afterwards, an admin should delete the article page altogether.
