Instead of saying "Done" for the restoration phase it should be "Open" (which is what the DRC says). Also, the template should put the page into Category:Ages in Restoration Phase whatever the editor types, and Category:Ages in Restoration Phase Open could redirect to Category:Ages Opened by the DRC, or something like that.
