Mandala

Mandala is a fan-coined term for a common motif in D'ni art involving D'ni letters.

Mandalas are generally D'ni letters that spell out a name or D'ni word. The letters are arranged in a circle and often the letters are interwoven. Duplicate letters or letters that have similar shapes are sometimes combined into a single letter in the design.

Notable examples of mandalas include Yeesha's symbol and the primary graphic for ahyoheek. Mandalas have also become popular form of art created by explorers, usually involving their own names.
