Mattel Interactive
From MYSTlore
Mattel Interactive was a short-lived subsidiary of American toy company Mattel, and the publisher of the Myst games between late 1999 and 2000.
As such, they were the original publishers of realMyst, and their logo is also found on early trailers and posters for Myst III: Exile.
Mismanagement ultimately led to selling the entire branch to an investment company, who relabeled it "GAMES Studios" for such a brief amount of time that even a website was never created. Subsequently, Ubisoft bought the games, whereas Riverdeep brought the educational software, rebranding it back to Brøderbund.
