The Myst Online: URU Live Forums are the official forums of Myst Online: Uru Live. They are administrated by Cyan Worlds employees and moderated by a Cyan-selected group of explorers.
[edit] Scope
In contrast to most of the DRC Forums, the MO:UL Forums are primarily OOC, focusing on Uru Live as a product, not a real environment. As such, customer support issues as well as discussion of episodes and of Cyan and GameTap in general are primary subjects, whereas storyline details are somewhat discouraged. Similarly, the forums also serve as a direct means of communication from Cyan (and, to a lesser extent, GameTap) to customers, and are frequently used for announcements, including matters such as server downtime. For example, the switch to the episodic format was first announced on them.

Cyan employees/forum administrators (blue), GameTap employees (orange) and forum moderators (green) have their names and posts highlighted in a different color for easy distinction. Furthermore, they are all listed in a thread.
