A Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is typically between a company and an invidual (or two companies), in order to prevent information from being spread, or used in unwanted ways.

NDAs have been commonly used in several Uru-related pre-release tests, as well as several preview demonstrations held before certain games have been released.
