1320 DE (6336 BC)
Type Inhabited Age
Restoration phase Suspended

Pento is an Age that was Written by the Judges of Yahvo in 1320 DE (6336 BC). The aim was to link to a warrior race with which they could conquer the D'ni thus starting the Pento War. They achieved success at first, ravaging the city and putting themselves in charge of the D'ni government after the death of King Koreen. However, the Judges began to fear that the Pento leader was becoming too powerful and killed him, leading to civil war between the old leader's sons: Mekarr and Timaue.

Timaue believed the Pento should continue to help the Judges, while Mekarr disagreed, believing they were no longer obligated to serve. Mekarr allied with Ahlsendar, who promised to Write a new Age for the Pento, and together they defeated Timaue and the Judges.

Ninety years later, in 1466 DE (6190 BC) Mekarr killed Ahslendar's wife and children. In retaliation, Ahslendar unleashed a plague upon the new Pento Age, wiping out its entire population.

The DRC have apparently discovered a link to one of the Pento ages but suspended restoration at Phase 1. There is DRC documentation for Pento.
