Pepsi
From MYSTlore
Janet Pepsi Burress was an explorer in Uru during Uru Live (2003) and Untìl Uru. The game had special meaning to her: because of rheumatoid arthritis, she was forced to use a motorized wheelchair in real life, whereas she in the virtual environment of Uru, she could freely walk, run, jump and use other emotes as well.
While Pepsi was originally also the name of her Uru character, she was forced to change this to Pehpsee, as a clause in the Terms of Service disallowed this (for Ubisoft to avoid getting into legal trouble over trademarks).
Tragically, Pepsi passed away before Uru Live was reborn a few years later as Myst Online: Uru Live. Many explorers remember her fondly[1][2], and see her story as a symbol of what a powerful, positive impact Uru can have on someone's life.
The marathon event in the D'ni Games is named the "Pepsi Memorial Marathon Run" in her honor. Her name is on the memorial for fallen explorers next to the Kahlo Pub.
