Presto Studios was a game development company best-known for their The Journeyman Project series of games.
As Cyan was busy with its Mudpie project, Cyan and then-distributor Mattel Interactive agreed to let Presto Studios create a sequel to Myst and Riven, Myst III: Exile.
As the first D'ni-related product with little creative input from Cyan, a lot of fans felt Exile failed to meet Cyan's standards.
