Raeane is one of Serenia's Protectors (along with her twin sister, Moiri), and is a Child of Wind. She can be found meditating within the Hall of Spirits, where she then assists those who would need to seek out a Wind Guide for their travels in Dream.
Raeane is a Child of Wind.
