- Reteltee may be a case of astroturfing (Wikipedia) on Cyan's/the DRC's part, which is to say he actually represents their ideas in what a guild system should look like, and or whatever happens to be practical for Cyan, while creating the false impression that this is in the fans' interests. There is no apparent sign that other fans, particularly those who have rooted for guilds for years (such as the various Guild of Writers-related projects), have much direct influence.
