While Dark Horse switched the boys and Cyand discontinued the series, the books themselves don't contain any major contradictions. And I never read any official announcements that rejects all the stories themselves as apocryphal. I know some fans dislike them but I don't see a reason. In any case, we should put a mention of them here.

Also, can we put images from those books to illustrate the articles? For example, they are the only sources that show Atrus or his sons young. Koena

I'd always heard that Cyan did not consider them canon in any way. Not sure if we have a definitive citation for that, however. Blade Lakem 18:08, 31 July 2007 (CDT)
