Shouldn't this be combined into The Art article? Seems like very little for its own article? Blade Lakem 21:02, 22 July 2007 (CDT)

Moreover, the concept isn't actually explained. Sure, we can all go look up "congruity" in our dictionary, but that's not going to give us any context. The Art should have a new section, like so:
