It seems to me that the comments about using Phil's mysticism as part of 'his bid for power' and that he took Phil's Relto book because it had access to more ages are speculation, and not particularly neutral speculation at that. I'd suggest a more neutral phrasing. (I'd have to double check the validity of some of the statements anyway). So unless someone objects in the next day or so, I'll edit the article accordingly. The "bid for power" was me misremembering a part of his journal. Sorry about that - I changed it and it's hopefully more neutral now. I have no objections to the Phil's Relto part being edited either. I'm not really sure what else he would want it for, because that's the only significant difference between Phil's and others' Reltos, but you're right that it's speculation.
