Talk:Exodus
From MYSTlore
Does the term Exodus refer to ALL the history of Garternay? Normally Exodus in Greek means 'exit, sortie, escape' therefore it would refer to the events pertaining to the abandonment of Garternay (from about the time the Ronay realized its imminent destruction, till the complete recolonization of D'ni and Terahnee). Unless some official source uses 'Exodus' for all the pre-D'ni era, the article should be corrected. Koena 08:39, 5 August 2007 (CDT)
- Since I got no reply after 24 hours have passed, I took the liberty to rewrite the article. Given the above evidence, I honestly think it is more correct that way, since the epoch of Garternay is known as BE. I'd like to hear words against this change, if there are any. - The first sentence makes no sense (how often do you need to be told to try and proofread your contributions?). Also, I don't understand why you removed the reference to Ri'neref's birth, since it plays a huge role. Chucker 10:42, 6 August 2007 (CDT)
- Simply because Ri'neref was born before the Exodus. This mention should be in the Before Earth article. Koena 11:00, 6 August 2007 (CDT)
- Ri'neref ignited the exodus. Not through his birth, obviously, but his early life on. He had far more influence on the exodus than he did on "before earth", and ought to be mentioned in this article. Chucker 11:03, 6 August 2007 (CDT)
