The D'ni Council page says that the Council consisted of the Five Lords, the eighteen Guild Masters (I'm assuming this is meant to be Grand Masters), and nineteen elected representatives from each major guild (assuming again that this is where the Guild Masters fit in, as stated on their page). This page states that the Five Lords were chosen from the eighteen Grand Masters, and here's where I'm getting confused. Does their appointment as a Lord mean that they are no longer the Grand Master of their guild, since the council appears to include eighteen Grand Masters in addition to the Five Lords? --Obdormio 13:26, 6 March 2008 (CST)
- Yes. Although if I remember correctly the Book of Ti'ana will sometimes call a Lord a Grand Master also, it makes it clear that the eighteen Grand Masters are distinct from the five Lords. (Thanks for pointing out the mistake in the D'ni Council article). Talashar 17:47, 6 March 2008 (CST)
