Although I wouldn't look for too much IC info on RAWA or anything. The DRC acknowledge he exists, but they tend to have a very tongue-in-cheek approach to him and what he has done also appears to overlap with what RAWA's done, which makes it confusing if they're ICly 2 different people. On the whole I don't think it's worth paying much attention to IC RAWA (as he's never actually IC) and just deal with OOC RAWA.
