[edit] Discussion: Member list
I am wondering, is a member list really a good thing for an encyclopedic entry? Maybe a category of 'Great Tree Members' to add to fan pages might be better? Thoughts? Blade Lakem 20:29, 13 March 2007 (CDT)
- Sounds better, yes. I'm not too fond of having such a list inside an article either, unless it is very brief (as in "notable members include…", with maybe a dozen at most). MYSTlore:Team has a list of the first ten people who joined, which I think is alright.
- A category would be better. However, that requires for those pages to already exist. My suggestion: for members who already have a page, add a category. For members that are notable but don't have a page, create Talk:The Great Tree/Pending members or something and list them there, then remove then as pages for them are created. - I'm just going to add the list here, I think. Not sure setting up a subpage is necessary. Blade Lakem 12:53, 14 March 2007 (CDT)
