Tamra was a resident of Narayan and the wife of Saavedro, with whom she had two daughters. When Sirrus and Achenar's manipulations led to civil unrest and the neglect of the Lattice Tree Saavedro pursued them to J'nanin and was trapped there for twenty years. Although the Narayani civilization recovered from the catastrophe, it is not clear if Tamra herself survived to see Saavedro return.
