Ti'Lanar

Ti'Lanar was a Guild Master of the Legislators.

He was the author of a paper called "Minor Guilds" in 1124 DE ^{(6532 BC)}, which convinced King Mararon to found new minor guilds for the benefit of the D'ni people.
