Todelmer

Todelmer is an Age which hosts one of the Slates.
The Age is a moon orbiting a vast, ringed planet. This moon has a breathable atmosphere, plantlife, water, and even fireflies which can be seen neer the lamps, and the surface is dotted with vast spires of rock.
Todelmer was a place to study the heavens, and the D'ni built telescopic equipment on several of the rock-spires. These telescopes are connected to a central room that allowed the D’ni to control them.
An observation pod can also be found orbiting around the ringed planet. It is unclear how the D'ni constructed it, however: building it would take immense manpower and technology, and writing it into the Age was considered a bad idea, due to the excessive error rate at such endeavors.
